Accreditation provides caravan parks with a framework of quality business practices in the areas of Business Planning, Risk Management, Environmental Management, Human Resources Management, Marketing and Customer Service. Accreditation provides consumers with an assurance that a business they are dealing with possesses a commitment to quality practices and a high level of customer service.
The Caravan, RV and Accommodation Industry of Australia’s National Accreditation Program is about leadership and professionalism. The program has been designed by the caravanning industry specifically for the industry and is a voluntary scheme. The program will identify to travellers the leaders in the industry and recognise their professionalism in achieving benchmark performance levels in customer service, risk management and business planning. It provides a framework for good business practice and encourages continuous review and improvement. It encourages caravan parks to implement policies and procedures providing a more consistent approach to enable effective, efficient and sustainable business management practises leading to improved customer service.
